We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we are able to accommodate your specific scheduling requests. However, walk-ins are always welcome.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide a 24-hour notice when canceling an appointment. We require a credit card number to hold bridal party appointments and require 72 hours notice for bridal party cancellations.

Gift Cards

Estilos II Gift Cards make a wonderful year-round gifts for any occasion. Gift cards may be purchased for specific services and treatments or for a dollar amount.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our service. If you have any challenges within the next two weeks of original service, let us know promptly to make any adjustments. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Product Return Policy

We are happy to exchange products as long as you purchased your product at Estilos II Salon. Unfortunately we cannot exchange any make-up. We have make-up testers for you to experience before you purchase.
